Chris Cobbold is a Director at DTZ. He is a land and business economist by training, and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He has been a director at DTZ since 1997 and has directed major assignments concerned with:

Regional economic development, including the analysis of the competitive performance of regional and local economies;

Advising on action that may be taken to enhance regional and local economic performance, particularly by Central Government, Regional Development Agencies and local authorities;

Advising on the contribution that various development projects, including visitor attractions, might make to the achievement of economic development objectives; and

The operation of housing markets and policies, particularly in the growth areas of the South East.
