This website is intended as an overview of the plans for Horkesley Park Heritage and Conservation Centre. More detailed information is available in various supporting documents, many of which are available from this site as downloads.

The full planning application is available for inspection at Colchester Borough Council Offices, Angel Court, High Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1FL (Tel: 01206 282222).

Copies of the Environment Statement, either as hard copy or in a CD/DVD set (3 CDs plus one DVD), can be obtained from LDA Design, lead consultants to Bunting & Sons. Many of the documents that make up the planning application are of a technical nature and simply too large to make available on this web site as whole documents so they have been split into multiple parts. All are available in the CD/DVD pack mentioned above as complete documents.

Some of the documents are fairly large and may take a while to download and open depending on your connection speed. Approximate file sizes are shown for guidance before downloading.
